Shankar Rajagopalan Narayanan is an experienced IT Program Manager/Sr. Project Manager with over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. He has a proven track record of handling large E2E IT delivery engagements across different geographies, with a TCV exposure of up to $10M. Currently, he is managing the E2E IT Delivery Program of work around Cloud Migration for Telstra through DXC, handling Telecom domain IT initiatives and projects. Shankar is an expert in Infrastructure Project Management and Services, with extensive working experience in Testing tools such as HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics and HP Quality Center. He is PMP Certified since 2005, Scrum Master, and SAFe Agilist 4 certified. He is also a Cloud Solution Program Manager and an AWS certified solution architect. Apart from his work experience, Shankar has a passion for algorithms and wants to venture into Data Science. His goals beyond work include lean six sigma agile Green project on Indian Weddings to cut down on waste and sustainability, and contributing through Programming in areas of research and development for any eco-friendly Green initiatives/projects. Shankar is a lifelong learner and believes that there is always something new to learn and un-learn. His favorite tag line is "What we have learned is like a handful of earth; What we have yet to learn is like the whole world" by Avvaiyar, a 4th Century poetess from India. Shankar's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from the University of Madras, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Pondicherry University. He also completed his KG and Class XII from P.S. Senior Secondary School. Shankar's tech stack includes AWS, infra, test, product manager, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Senior Software Engineer, and DevOps. With 21.80 years of relevant experience, Shankar is currently working as an IT Delivery Manager at L&T Infotech, where he continues to excel in his field.
